1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
When you contact us or order
- Your WhatsApp phone number and the name on your WhatsApp profile.
- The messages you send us, including the plan you choose and any photos of your screen you send for support.
- Technical details needed to activate your subscription, such as your device type, MAC address or device key.
- Payment information: the amount, date and a payment reference. We do not store full card numbers.
- Your subscription details: login username, plan, start and end dates.
When you visit the website
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time), used to keep the site secure and working.
- The small cookies described in section 7.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
- WhatsApp (Meta), which carries our conversations. WhatsApp processes your data under its own privacy policy.
- The payment provider you use to pay us, which processes your payment under its own terms.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data on our behalf.
- Authorities, where we are required to by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Payment and accounting records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
- Support conversations and subscription details: up to 12 months after your subscription ends, so we can help you if you renew.
- Website server logs: up to 30 days.
6. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority: the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.
7. Cookies
We only use cookies that are needed for the website to work:

The homepage background video is embedded from Vimeo with its “Do Not Track” setting switched on, which tells Vimeo not to track your session. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted admin access and secure password storage to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please never send us passwords for other services or full card numbers.
9. Children
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
